Melissa Schmidt, Relay Runner 2015-2018

Ready, Set, ROW! Or bike, run, or even swing a kettlebell on the minute for an hour! The 24-Hour Challenge will be held on Saturday, January 20th at 7AM through Sunday, January 21st, 7AM at TNT Fitness in Fond du Lac, located at W5374 CR-B. The event is a Row & Bike-A-Thon fundraiser to raise dollars and awareness for Multiple Sclerosis (MS) through the non-profit MS Run the US. Her segment starts July 16th, 2018.

The nonprofit MS Run the US is a 3,100 mile running relay from Los Angeles to New York City. This year three Fond du Lac runners are a part of this 18-person relay team. Each runner, aside from running consecutive marathons, has committed to raising $10,000 towards funding research for a cure for MS. The relay runners come from all over the country, and many have been touched by MS themselves.
